青少年義工申請表

We are only open to youth volunteer on certain day/hours. Minimum of 1.5 hours and maximum of 3 hours per trip.
After your submission, we will contact you within 5 business days. Thank you for volunteering at the Great Compassion Bodhi Prajna Temple.
