Visiting Us

If you would like to visit the temple, please make an appointment in advance by filling out the following form. Appointments are by donation only (minimum of 30 dollars to support our temple)

Once we confirm the appointment, the temple will reply via email. Our temple will validate the request using the cell phone number provided. Please enter a valid cell phone number, not a landline. Thank you for your cooperation.
